Cathy at Words and Herbs takes a look at the same garden view each week and follows it as the year goes on. My post this week should be self explanatory 🙂
I think most gardeners will understand this next photo as well…

That view is looking particularly tropical this week! Have a good break Frank! 🙂
Thanks Cathy, it was fun while it lasted!
Have a great holiday Frank. That beach looks great, and isn’t it nice to have clean nails for a change?!
Clean nails for a whole week, what an interesting experience. I tried to be careful this afternoon but it’ already a thing of the past 🙂
Looks like you might have sand between your toes though! My fingers and nails were purple yesterday after an hour of wimberry picking and they’re still not looking as clean as yours.
The sand between my toes was also very exfoliating. Clean nails and exfoliated feet, it was practically a spa retreat!
I hope your hour of wimberry picking was as productive as it sounds. They look similar to our blueberries and I suspect they’re just as delicious.
Ah, I can hear those gulls screeching loud and clear — enjoy! 🙂
Nothing like the beach 🙂
Happy vacationing!! Time to rest and relax! 🙂
Thanks! I think I rested a little too much, I swear I gained a good five or so pounds eating all the time.
Looks wonderful! Have fun.
Thanks!
Hahaha! Nice nails!
Yeah, but you should see the nails tonight… not quite as clean anymore.
A dip in your MIL’s pool should clean them right out!
Hope you are having a good time. These are truly holiday nails!
Thanks! It was fun to get away but these things never last as long as they should.
What a beach! I have been away too and so I am admiring my own clean nails. Have fun.
Glad to hear you’re enjoying summer as well. The garden can always wait.
that made me smile. Yes, I do! Mine are clean too, though I’ve been in hospital, rather than holiday. Illness a very rare event for me. I feel a holiday is due.
Oh no! Hospital is absolutely no fun but I’m glad you’re well again. I bet the nails are back to a more seasonal look by now 🙂
It’s never too soon for a holiday. I’m already debating our next one!
